Returns/Exchanges: To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging and include all components. Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Refunds: You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it for a refund. You will receive two notifications: the first notification will be given once we received the product(s) and the second will be after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus shipping cost. You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We stand behind our products and always do our best to take care of our customers. You must have an RMA number to obtain a refund or exchange. No refunds after 30 days.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Owl Power Solutions will cover shipping costs for exchanges.
